• Cancellations made within five (5) days of purchase—provided that no work has begun—are fully refundable.
• Completed services or delivered content are non‑refundable.
• Approved refunds are processed within six to eight (6–8) business days.

All deliverables are provided digitally; no physical goods are shipped.
